ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 23.08.2024, seeking issuance of death certificate for his grandfather, namely, Thimmaiyagounder, has not been considered so far by the 1st respondent. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2024 and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, pass appropriate orders on 2/4

its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
