By alleging that the patta in the name of the petitioner's father was wrongly mutated in the names of the private respondents herein, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate and considering the nature of relief claimed, it is not necessary 2/4

to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing an opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.
