ORDER
This Writ Petition filed to direct the respondents to issue a Non Tracebale Certificate to the petitioner in respect of missing original documents bearing Document No.2878/1971 in connection with Reference No. CMA22175854, dated 29.09.2022 in the light of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Vide Circular in R.C.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022 within time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on 29.09.2022, in a xerox shop, the petitioner misplaced his original documents. So, the petitioner lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of his original sale deed Document No.2878/1971 and the property is situated at Vilachery Vilalge in Survey No.253/4.

Considering the above, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
