ORDER

The petitioner herein is the sole accused in Crime No.197 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent police. This application has been filed by the petitioner under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for the relief of quashing the above said FIR.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that as of now, in the said Crime No.197 of 2013, after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Court concerned and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.53 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi. Further, he added that the said case has been disposed of on 16.04.2015 itself, in which the petitioner is acquitted from all the charges levelled against him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
