ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2024 and 21.11.2024 to take appropriate action against the third respondent in respect of forged certificates in the name of Manapparai Municipality.

2. The petitioner has sent representations to the respondents on 03.09.2024 and 21.11.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner CSR No.1298 of 2024 assigned and it is pending enquiry.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 17.12.2024 and on his appearance the respondent police is directed conclude the same within a period of two months from 17.12.2024.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
