ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai District to accept the surrender of the petitioner and and recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against him on 18.08.2023 in S.C. (No).169 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has eight previous cases and he is absconding from 18.08.2023.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and hence, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 24.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
