The petitioners herein, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.403 of 2010, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithurai, have filed this petition seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the above said case and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the case in C.C.No.403 of 2010, has already been disposed of on 12.08.2015 and the petitioners were acquitted from the charges.

3. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is recorded. Thereby, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
