O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has already filed a partition suit against the private respondents herein. The petitioner's grievance is that the private respondents are alienating the portions of the suit property. She therefore wants this Court to forbear the registering authority from entertaining any document for registration in this regard. This 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.26249 OF 2025 relief has to be obtained by the writ petitioner only before the jurisdictional civil Court. Filing of the writ petition is misconceived. Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to work out her rights in the pending suit, this writ petition stands disposed of.

4. The petitioner's counsel states that within two weeks, IA will be filed. The registering authority can be shown as respondent in I.A. alone without making him as party in the main suit. The IA will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks, thereafter. No costs.
