O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 not to interfere with the suit properties in the Civil dispute in O.S.No.12 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Court (Mahila Court), Karur, based on the petitioners complaint dated 10.11.2023 and 22.11.2023, within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent namely Rajavel @ Rajagopal, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the fourth respondent was the auction purchaser of the property situated in Survey No.262/4 in Karuppampalayam Vilage, Karur. After that the minor daughter of this petitioner alleged to have filed a suit in O.S.No.20 of 2012 seeking partition. During the course of enquiry, undertaking was given by the fourth respondent herein that he will obtain proper permission from the Court within 25.11.2023, in case 2/4
of failure, he will not make any trouble to the fourth respondent. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the above said enquiry was closed.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
