Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner and the fifth respondent are brothers. Both of them have equal share in the petition mentioned property. The 5th respondent can very well alienate his undivided half share in the property. He cannot however alienate the petitioner's share. As and when the fifth respondent presents any document of conveyance, the fourth respondent will go by the legal position and deal with the said document as per law.
