2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. This Court carefully went through the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. Considering the age of the victim girl and the manner in which, the incident had taken place, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. In this case investigation is pending.
