2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 and his wife told the defacto complainant the employer that the defacto complainant's husband gone to jail and hence, the employer left out the defacto complainant and her husband from the job. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant before A1, he and her wife scolded her in filthy language and also pulled her husband down and subsequently, he was died. Hence, the complaint.

3. The leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on consuming alchochol the petitioner herein has attacked the defacto complainant and also pulled her husband down and that her husband died and hence, he strongly, opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also 2/3

considering submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
