Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAYARAJA.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Court vide Order dated 12.11.2024 in Crl.O.P. 1/3

(MD).No.19544 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.6(b) even for a single day.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not allowed to enter into the Tirunelveli city by the Police and therefore, the petitioner was not able to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the reasons assigned in the modification petition, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) is modified and the petitioner shall report before the K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai City daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 10/12/2024 / TRUE COPY / /12/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
