monitor and take appropriate action against him, for the violation, if he committed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to take action against the fourth respondent from operating his mini bus in violation of the conditions, particularly the permitted route and to monitor the same.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that not only the fourth respondent, the petitioner has also violated the permit conditions and fine has been imposed on both the petitioner and the fourth respondent as well.

3. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. However, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to see that none of the vehicles including the petitioner and the fourth respondent operating within his jurisdiction does not violate the permit conditions, that has been appended to the permit.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
