Na.Ka.Aa5/3344/2018 dated 25.04.2022 and quash the same as illegal improper unlawful unconstitutional and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to rectify the UDR Mistake crept in and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the properties comprised in S.No. 67/7 to an extent of 96 cents situated at Mugavanur Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

ORDER

It is brought to my notice by Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that pending the above writ petition, the Tahsildar has enquired into the matter and passed an order rectifying the errors that has to be sought for by the writ petitioner.

2. In view of the above said subsequent development, I do not see any useful purpose in keeping this writ petition as the petitioner's grievance has been addressed.
