ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute, which is pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent by considering his representation, dated 16.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out; and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
