JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of this Court dated 30.03.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.7176 of 2023.

2.The 1st respondent / writ petitioner filed the said Writ Petition, challenging the order of the 3rd respondent herein dated 20.12.2022, whereby it is stated that since the Office Bearers have refused to handover the documents, accounts, cash and bank accounts to the subsequent Office Bearers, a request was made to take back the aforesaid documents from the earlier Office Bearers. Thereafter, as per the provisions of Section 68 of the Waqf Act, the newly constituted Committee can obtain these documents.

3.The Writ Court, after hearing the learned counsel on either side, allowed the Writ Petition, directing the 1st respondent / writ petitioner to hand over those documents to Janab N.Syed Mohammed Buhari / Vice President. Challenging the same, the appellant / 4th respondent filed this Writ Appeal. 4.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the matter has become infructuous, since the Board has approved the 4th respondent and the committee under him for the period between 08.04.2021 and 07.04.2024. 5.In view of the above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
