This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and the same is pending for enquiry and they will conduct Page No. 2 of 5

enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of 15 days.

3. Mr.N.Mohan, the learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent. Mr.Senthil Ayyanar, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the ninth respondent.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the other respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
