ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.268 of 2023 from the second respondent to the third respondent or any other competent Police Officer in Dindigul District and pass suitable orders.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though the petitioner gave a complaint against several persons in the FIR, they have been deleted. He further submitted that no investigation is undertaking by the second respondent police upon the said complaint.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that because of transferring the investigating officer, the delay occurred. Now, Mr.Senthilkumar, the Inspector of Police, Sempatti Police Station, Dindigul District, is stated to be taken over the investigation. 2/5
4.A perusal of CD files in both the matters shows that no further progress is made.
5.Let the said Investigating Officer complete the investigation in both the matters within a period of three months by following proper procedure from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of investigation in both the cases, if any grievance is experienced by the petitioner, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings or revive the application for appropriate relief. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
