(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to setup a small screen censor board to control all TV Serials and TV Advertisement, any violent films and to impose heavy fine on violators by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2024.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 7 and 8, on instructions, submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is pending before the parliamentary committee for consideration.
