O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for completing the construction of compound wall in out property comprised in Resurvey No.259/8A 1A, measuring to an extent of 6 Cents, 90 sq. links situated at Kannanur Village, Thiruvattar Taluk, Marthandam Registration District, Kanyakumari District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2023 forthwith. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after receiving the complaint, the second respondent conducted the enquiry by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents. Let it be completed within a period of one week.

3.Let the above said complaint/representation be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on its own merits. 4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
