To call for the records and set aside the judgment and sentence passed in CA.No.40/2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions judge, Thanjavur dated 01.11.2023 uphelding the judgment and reducing the sentence passed in STC.No.126 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) Thanjavur dated 14.11.2022 and allow this revision case. Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 1/3

Crl.M.P(MD)No.753 of 2024 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.57 of 2024, dated 29.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner has deposited 50% of the cheque amount before the trial Court and has been appearing regularly before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thanjavur every month at 10.30 a.m.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.753 of 2024 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.57 of 2024, dated 29.01.2024, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thanjavur once in three months (i.e) on first working day of January, April, July, October at 10.30 a .m., until further orders.
