ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's Bank Account No.2301257050359128 maintained in the 2nd respondent Bank.
2. Though the name of the third respondent is printed in the cause list, none appears on behalf of the third respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
4. It seems that only on the intimation from the third respondent, the second respondent bank has freezed the petitioner's bank account. It was also informed to the petitioner by the second respondent bank that the petitioner's 2/4
account was freezed only for the disputed amount of Rs.20,000/-, on the intimation received from the third respondent.
5. In view of the same, this Court hereby direct the second respondent to defreeze the petitioner's account by marking lien on the aforesaid amount and permit him to operate the same.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
