O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to take action as against the 3rd and 4th respondents for their illegal acts on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 06.07.2023 in a time bound manner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.68 of 2023. Actually the petitioner purchased the vehicle by obtaining loan from the fourth respondent financial company. Since the petitioner failed to repay the loan, the fourth respondent has taken the above said vehicle. Finding that it is the issue between the financial company and the client, and also a suit in O.S.No.34 of 2023 is also filed by the petitioner against the financial company for the very same relief and it is stated to be pending before the Munsif Court, Vilathikulam, the above said enquiry was closed, advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending suit itself. 2/4

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
