The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 62 days in preferring the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard both sides. Counter has been filed by the fourth respondent. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner was suffering from illness and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 62 days. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
