By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a survey of the land in survey Nos.37/4A3 and 37/4A6A.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. He points out that the survey was conducted earlier and that the petitioner's son-in-law had acknowledged the same on 10.10.2024.
3. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had permitted the petitioner to apply for a re-survey if not satisfied with the earlier survey vide order dated 02.07.2025 in W.P.(MD) No. 17882 of 2025.
4. Given the fact that the survey was conducted earlier, the Tamil 2/4
Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, provides for an appeal before the Assistant Director of Survey. Therefore, by granting leave to the petitioner to file such appeal, this Writ Petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
