This petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent, Sub Divisional Magistrate Cum Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tiruenleli District vide his proceedings in M.C.NO.153 of 2013 dated 08.10.2013 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
