This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Court at Nagercoil, to dispose of the O.S.No.02 of 2019 within stipulated period.

2. In view of the limited order that is being passed in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed as early as in the year 2019 for the relief of partition and that the suit had been repeatedly adjourned as interlocutory applications are pending, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Nagercoil, to dispose of the interlocutory applications pending in the said suit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2 of 2019 within a period of six months.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
