C.M.P.(MD).Nos. 15902 and 15903 of 2025 in S.A(MD)No. 81 of 2014 K. MURALI SHANKAR, J., These petitions have been filed to declare the petitioner/1st respondent as major and discharge the guardianship of father Subramani.

2. Heard both sides and also perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. Considering the fact that the minor petitioner/1st respondent, viz., Amarnath, had attained majority, these petitions are allowed and the petitioner is declared as major and the Subramani is discharged from the guardianship.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal and list the matter on 07.01.2026.
