PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court, Tirunelveli to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Tirunelveli to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent shall stand dispensed with. 1/4

3. The petitioner had earlier approached the Additional Sub Court, Tirunelveli in H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2022 seeking restitution of conjugal rights, which was allowed. Against which, the respondent filed an appeal. Pending which, the present H.M.O.P. has been filed seeking divorce.

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Family Judge, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. 23.10.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sn 2/4
