Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent. On receipt thereof, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
