COMMON ORDER Both the Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the respondent Social Welfare Officer proceedings in Na.Ka.No.02/A4/2009 dated: 18.03.2011.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4202 of 2011 and his wife are living together and hence, the proceedings pending on the file of the respondent may be quashed.

4. In view of the above, the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.02/A4/2009 dated 18.03.2011, pending on the file of the respondent is hereby quashed and both the Criminal Original Petitions are allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
