Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to correct the date of birth as 20.05.1991 instead of 21.05.1991 and issue corrected mark sheet to the Petitioner by considering the representations dated 24.08.2024 and 16.11.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to directing the respondents to correct the date of birth as 20.05.1991 instead of 21.05.1991 and issue corrected mark sheet, considering the representations dated 24.08.2024 and 16.11.2024.

2.By consent of both parties, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. Perused the materials on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has to make an application before the 5th respondent, who in turn, should forward the same to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent, thereafter, should forward it to the first respondent, who is the competent authority to take a final decision in this case. 6.In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to make an application afresh before the 5th respondent forthwith. On receipt of the same, the 5th respondent is directed to forward the same to the 4th respondent within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of application of the petitioner. The 4th respondent, in turn, shall forward the same to the 1st respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the forwarded application from the 5th respondent. On receipt of the same, the first 3/6

respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the same from the 4th respondent. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
