ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J.) This Petition is file seeking a direction to the Petitioner/husband to forthwith pay a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- to the respondent towards payment of arrears of monthly maintenance for the period from 7.7.2023 to 31.10.2024 as per the order of the Family Court, Thanjavur passed in H.M.O.P.No.226 of 2020, dated 10.10.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the maintenance arrears of 1,70,000/-- was paid by way of Demand Draft by the Petitioner to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has also received the same and acknowledged the receipt.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of, as complied with.
