RESPONDENTS / PETITIONERS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to call for the records relating to the petition filed by the respondent under 125 Cr.P.C., in the proceedings in M.C.No. 2/2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur and quash the same as devoid of merits as well as it has no prima facie case as against the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURUGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier the matter was referred to Lok Adalat and the matter was settled and the parties agreed to live peacefully and thereafter, the wife filed the application to re-open the case and that was accepted by the Court below and process was issued. As Mediation had already taken place, in the interest of Justice. I am inclined to refer the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. Post the case on 15.6.2011.
