This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to Crime No.232 of 2011 dated 11.02.2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police,C-5, Karimedu(L&O) Police Station,Madurai City and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

Side) that investigation stands completed and upon receipt of wound certificate, the charge sheet will be filed, this Criminal Original Pettiion shall stand dismissed.
