The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been taken out to amend the survey number in the prayer to the Writ Petition as S.No.488/20 instead of S.No.488/70 and S.No.488/71.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the correct survey number has been mentioned, by inadvertence, in the prayer portion, the survey number has been mentioned as S.Nos.488/70 and 488/71. Consequent to the mistake committed, the order dated 29.04.2025 also reflects only S.No.488/70 and S.No.488/71. Hence the petitioner has sought for amendment of the prayer in the writ petition as well as in the order passed by this Court dated 29.04.2025.

smv 4.In view of the above, I am inclined to entertain the present amendment petition. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
