This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in respect of deposit of sum of Rs. 50000/- in Cr.M.P.No. 3802 of 2013 dated 04.11.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
