[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 356 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Since the dispute involved in this matter relates to payment towards damages arising out of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, and it requires legal scrutiny, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 356 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
