This writ petition is filed as against the final possession notice issued by the Commissioner, Madurai Corporation. 2.Today (20.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that the Commissioner was advised to recall the impugned notice for the purpose of conducting an enquiry afresh and therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the respondent Corporation to assess the petitioner's property afresh. 2/4
