This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / respondent No.4 for his willful disobedience of the order, dated 23.04.2025 made in W.P.(MD) No.11391 of 2025, on the file of this Court.

2. When the matter was came up for hearing on 11.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the case was posted "for dismissal" today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that as per the direction of this Court, vide order dated 23.04.2025, the fourth respondent therein has conducted the enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint and the same was closed on 10.06.2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. 13.11.2025 NCC :
