ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.610 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State submitted that after completing investigation, the first respondent police laid a charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kovilpatti, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.209 of 2016. He further submitted that the trial in C.C.No.209 of 2016 has been completed and the same has ended in acquittal on 01.03.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.Consequently,connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
