O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents herein to forthwith register the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.09.2011 against Lalithamani to handover all the jewels, cash, wooden furniture and voters identity card of the petitioner within a stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent on 07.09.2011, but the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR.No.634/2011 was conducted and the same has been closed on 02.10.2011, by the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
