ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.10 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation had been completed and the final report had already been filed, but the same has not been taken on file, since the final report was filed beyond the period of limitation.
