ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 382 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award dated 27.01.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.77 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned with a condition to the petitioner / Insurance Company to deposit 50% of the award amount with accrued interest to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.77 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi and also to pay Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court.
