ORDER

From the perusal of the record, especially connected S.A.No.461 of 2002, it is noticed that the sole petitioner died long back and no steps have been taken to bring on record the LRs of the deceased petitioner. In view of the same, the civil revision petition already abated.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, shall stand closed. 07.02.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes ABR
