JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This appeal has been instituted against the order dated 03.08.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.19876 of 2020.

2.The order impugned in this writ appeal reveals that a direction was issued to the official respondents to consider the claim of the writ petitioner on merits and uninfluenced by the earlier orders and six weeks time limit was granted for the disposal of the representation. Thus the order impugned in this writ appeal would not cause any prejudice to the appellant/third respondent in the writ proceedings. The grounds raised on merits in the appeal may be raised before the competent authority while considering the representation submitted by the writ petitioner.

3.With the above observation, this writ appeals stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
