2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's husband has since been remanded to judicial custody on 03.12.2024 by the third respondent. Since the petitioner's husband is no longer in illegal custody, the question of maintaining the habeas corpus petition will not arise. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of. No costs. (G.R.S.
