PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint a Surveyor for conducting a proper survey and demarcation of the petitioner's property in Survey No.839/4A, at Kanimadam Village, Agasteewaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, in an accordance with the original revenue records, in the presence of petitioner and 4th respondent.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction for the appointment of a Surveyor to conduct a proper survey.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader has handed over a copy of the report of the Sub-Inspector of Survey and the survey sketch.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. By leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the survey report in accordance with law, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
