ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue separate patta in favour of petitioner's name for the survey Nos.Old Survey No.98/1 and New Survey No.20/1B, extent of 7 cents Survey No.17/6 extent of 5 cents and Survey No.17/4, 17/5A, 17/5B extent of 17.5 cents, Re-survey No.67/11, 67/12, 67/13, 17/5C extent of 7.5 cents, Aanaiyur bit 2 village, Madurai District based on the representation dated 30.10.2024, within a specific period as fixed by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2024 was taken on 2/5

file by the respondent and the respondent, vide communication in O.Mu.No.7275/2024/B3, dated 13.11.2024, directed the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Koolapandi, to conduct an enquiry and submit him a report on the basis of the petitioner's application 07.11.2024, and in the said communication, only three survey numbers had been referred to.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner had also given a representation to the respondents dated 30.10.2024, mentioning other survey numbers also, which have been referred to in this writ petition and therefore, he prays that the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Koolapandi, may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2024, while conducting an enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2024.

In view of the limited submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Koolapandi, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2024, while conducting an enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2024.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
